1Who Can Use Our Services

• Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 15 years old.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, and that they consent to your participation in our webinars and programs.
• By registering for any webinar, workshop, or program, you confirm that the information you provide (name, age, contact details, educational background) is accurate and complete.

2Our Services

TheAskt offers:

• Free webinars: recorded, on-demand introductory sessions available at no cost.
• Paid programs: including TheAskt+, TheAskt Shakti, and TheAskt Udaan — delivered through a combination of recorded lessons, live classes, and guest sessions via our learning platform (LMS).
• Partnership programs: with schools, colleges, communities, and companies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services, including specific programs, features, or content, at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

3Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to access certain Services, including our LMS.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4Enrollment, Fees & Payments

• Fees for paid programs (if applicable) will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
• Payment terms, including any installment options, will be presented during the checkout or enrollment process.
• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change program fees for future enrollments; fees already paid for an active enrollment will not be affected by such changes.

5Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions for paid programs will be specified in our written enrollment communications and applicable policies.
• Free webinars are completely free with no payment collected, hence not subject to refund mechanisms.
• We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis for verified exceptional circumstances.

6Use of the Learning Platform (LMS)

• Access to recorded lessons, live classes, and program materials is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not share your login credentials, download and redistribute course content, or allow unauthorized individuals to access paid content on your behalf.
• Live class links and session recordings (where provided) are intended solely for enrolled participants and may not be shared publicly or with non-enrolled individuals.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for any user found violating these usage terms.

7Intellectual Property

• All content on TheAskt.org and within our programs — including but not limited to course material, videos, webinars, graphics, logos, and written content — is the intellectual property of TheAskt / Amulya Samaj Kalyan Trust, unless otherwise credited.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
• Any student projects, portfolios, or work created during a program remain the intellectual property of the student, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, in the context of a specific company/internship partnership).

8Live Sessions, Guest Speakers & Third-Party Content

• Our programs may include live sessions featuring entrepreneurs, industry professionals, or HR representatives ("Guest Contributors"). Views expressed by Guest Contributors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of TheAskt.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information shared during these sessions but do not guarantee outcomes based on any advice, opinion, or insight shared by Guest Contributors.
• Some sessions may be recorded for internal quality and future learning purposes. Participants will be informed if a session is being recorded.

10Partner Companies & Third-Party Opportunities

• TheAskt may connect students with third-party companies for internships, freelance projects, or employment opportunities as part of our partner network.
• TheAskt is not a party to any employment, internship, or freelance agreement formed between a student and a third-party company, and is not responsible for the terms, conduct, or outcomes of such engagements.
• Students are encouraged to independently verify the credibility and terms offered by any partner company before entering into an agreement.

11Code of Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors, mentors, guest speakers, and fellow students.
• Not use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our website, LMS, or live sessions.
• Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation when registering for our Services.

We reserve the right to remove any user from a session, program, or platform for violating this Code of Conduct, without refund where applicable.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheAskt and Amulya Samaj Kalyan Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of income, employment outcomes, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
