Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Free Webinars

Our introductory webinars are completely free of cost. Since no payment is collected for webinar access, no refund is applicable or required for webinars.

2Eligibility for Refund

• Requests for a refund must be raised within 7 calendar days of the date of enrollment/payment, and before you have attended more than 2 live classes or accessed substantial recorded module materials.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@theaskt.org, including your registered name, email, phone number, and program enrolled in.
• Refunds will not be granted once a participant has accessed a majority of the program content, attended multiple live classes, or received program bonuses such as AI tool credits or cloud hosting credits.

3Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

• You simply change your mind after actively participating in a significant portion of the program.
• You are unable to attend live classes due to personal scheduling reasons (full recorded access remains available for all enrolled learners).
• You violate our Code of Conduct (as outlined in our Terms of Use) and are removed from the program as a result.
• The request is made after the 7-day eligibility window has passed.
• Bonus credits (AI tool credits, cloud hosting credits) have already been claimed or redeemed.

4Installment Payments

• If you have chosen to pay in installments, any refund approved under this policy will only apply to the amount actually paid at the time of the request — not to future, unpaid installments.
• Discontinuing future installment payments does not automatically cancel your enrollment; please contact us directly to formally withdraw from a program.

5How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days of approval.
• Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted by third-party payment processors may not be refundable and may be adjusted from the refunded amount, depending on gateway terms.

6Program Changes or Cancellations by TheAskt

• In the rare event that TheAskt cancels a program or cohort before it begins, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
• If a program is modified (e.g., schedule changes, instructor changes) after enrollment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance. Minor changes to schedule or format do not automatically qualify for a refund.

7Institutional & Partner Enrollments

If you were enrolled through a school, college, or community partner arrangement, refund eligibility and process may be governed by the specific terms of that institutional partnership. Please check with your institution or contact us directly for clarity.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will apply to enrollments made after the date of change; it will not retroactively apply to enrollments made prior to the update, unless required by law.
