At Theaskt.org, our goal is to make learning accessible, safe, and fair for women and girls across India. This policy explains the terms for refunds and cancellations for paid programs offered by Theaskt Learning Trust.

By enrolling in any paid course, program, workshop, membership, or subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Types of Enrollments Covered Under This Policy

This policy applies to:

• Paid courses inside Digital & AI School
• Paid learning paths, workshops, or bootcamps
• Paid community memberships or events
• Paid certification fees
• Any upgrades from free/scholarship plans to paid plans

This policy does not apply to:

• Scholarships (full or partial)
• Free courses or community access
• Donations, sponsor contributions, or CSR-funded seats

Cancellations Before Course Access

If a learner requests cancellation before course access is granted (LMS login/activation not completed), a refund may be issued after necessary verification.

Recommended processing time: 7–14 working days

Refund Eligibility After Course Access

Because our programs include downloadable content, community access, and digital learning benefits, refunds after LMS access is activated are limited.

A refund may be considered only if:

• You faced a verified technical issue that prevented access
• A duplicate payment was made
• You were charged incorrectly due to a system/payment error

A refund cannot be issued if:

• You changed your mind after starting the course
• You are unable to make time for learning
• You did not complete the lessons/projects
• You did not apply for scholarship earlier and are requesting refund to switch
• You expected guaranteed income, job, or results (not promised)

Partial Refunds (If Approved)

If applicable, Theaskt.org may provide partial refunds after review, based on time elapsed or learning content already accessed. Any processing fees/payment gateway charges may be deducted.

Fees, Payment Plans & Installments

If you enroll using a payment plan or installment option, you agree to complete all payments unless approved for cancellation under this policy. Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Account suspension
• Certificate withholding
• Community access removal

Non-Refundable Items

These items and services are non-refundable:

• Donation/sponsorship contributions
• Completed certifications or exam fees
• One-time events/workshops already delivered
• Downloaded templates, tools, documents
• Custom mentorship or done-with-you services

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name].

Include:

1. Full Name
2. Email/Phone used for enrollment
3. Course/Program name
4. Date of payment & amount paid
5. Reason for refund request
6. Any supporting screenshots/documents

We may request additional information for verification.
Refund review time: 7–14 business days

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through:

• Original payment method OR
• Bank transfer (Indian bank accounts only)

Refunds cannot be provided in cash or to third-party accounts.

Special Note for Scholarships

For transparency and fairness:

• Scholarship-based enrollments are not refundable. Partially funded seats cannot be converted to cash refunds.
• If financial circumstances change, we encourage learners to continue their program and community support instead of discontinuing.

Platform & Technical Issues

If you face a technical issue that prevents access to the course:

• Our support team will troubleshoot with you
• If unresolved, a prorated or full refund may be considered

Theaskt Learning Trust may update this policy at any time to ensure fairness and compliance. The updated policy will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
